Dell, HP and Lenovo all changed their support websites recently, which broke several of our warranty scanning procedures. We implemented new procedures in Lansweeper 5.1, which is currently in beta. We will most likely not implement a separate fix for Lansweeper 5.0, as we’re close to releasing the final Lansweeper 5.1 installer. If you are trying to scan Dell, HP or Lenovo warranty info, we recommend updating to the 5.1 beta and rescanning warranty information by hitting the Scan All Asset Warranties Now button under Configuration/Scanning Setup/Server Options. You will be able to update to the final 5.1 release when it becomes available.
