We are doing an application upgrade that runs an InstallShield silent install. The package runs to completion and seems to work okay but the log shows that the deployment failed. The setup.log file shows a result code of zero and that is one of the result codes the package is set to detect as a success.

Any idea why LS thinks the package failed?

Try redeploying the package again.
This error often occurs when the installer did not correctly 'unpack'.

If redeploying doesn't work i suggest you send a mail at support@lansweeper.com with your errorlog and some screenshots.
