Hello,
We are trying to setup an outgoing connection for email and continuously encounter the "Outgoing mail error: Login error." message. We are an Office 365 subscriber and are using the same credentials for incoming as outgoing, along with "smtp.office365.com" as the server on both. Incoming is working just fine as the ticketing system is pulling new emails from the mailbox, however it is unable to send any ticket notifications.
Initial setup of the email settings give a green checkmark, but about a minute later we get the error. Any ideas?
