i message error with sqp compact maintenance:

this message :

there is a file sharing violation. A different process might be using the file (c:\........lansweeper\sqldata\lanswepperdb.sdf

but : no user in the lansweeper or no open databaseand service lanswepper closing ..

environnement :

Windows Serveur 2008 R2

Could you ensure that both the Lansweeper Server service and the web server service are stopped before attempting to run the database repair tool. Your web server service is either IIS Express or IIS (World Wide Web Publishing Service). More detailed instructions for running a repair can be found in this article.
