I deleted your other post, as it appeared to be a duplicate of this one. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your Lansweeper installation. Some tips:
If you are installing under an existing SQL Server instance, make sure the instance is configured correctly. Configuration instructions can be found here. The user performing the Lansweeper database installation must have sysadmin privileges within the SQL Server instance. You can let the Lansweeper installer set up SQL Server as well though.
You could install Lansweeper under SQL Compact as well, instead of SQL Server, by performing an Easy Install. SQL Compact is sufficient for most users. It should be able to store up to 1,000 assets.
If you require SQL Server and the issue persists, could you send the install logs found in Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Install to support@lansweeper.com, along with a short description of the problem. We'll take a closer look at the issue. Thanks in advance!
