I updated our on-premises Lansweeper server last week, and the update failed to load the webpage after it completed.  I logged into the server itself, and it was reporting that Windows was running low on memory.  I restarted the server, but Lansweeper continued using all the installed RAM (16GB) while trying to finish the update.

I increased the RAM to 32GB, and the server finished updating and loaded the website.  However, when looking at the server itself, Lansweeper was bouncing between 20GB and 28GB of memory usage, and Windows would still report it was running low on memory.

I thought this might be a bug with the release I updated to, so I checked to see if there was another update.  To my surprise, I'm running 12.1.1.0, but the latest version is showing as 12.1.0.1.  I don't know if there was a mishap in the releases and somehow a release candidate was temporarily allowed to downloaded, but I'm curious if I should download the 12.1.0.1 version and install it.

Came in this morning to the following error when trying to access the website:

SQL Error: Cannot connect to database

Also had the Windows is running low on memory error on the server again.

Rebooted the server, and when the Lansweeper Service started, it seemed to be fine.  It was using less than 3GB ram, and the website loaded quickly and without issue.  In less than 10 minutes, Lansweeper Service was back over 20GB ram.
