Apologies if this is easy, i'm a new user. Is there a way for example to export all the Apple Assets into one report rather than have to export each asset one at a time.

You either can open Assets\Apple Mac and hit Export to XLS in order to export a list of your Macs or build a custom report with the technical details you need to be listed. Data about Mac computers are stored in database tables having a name beginning with "tblMac...". We recommend having a look at the Database Dictionary which is accessible at the top of the report editor.
