It seems that step 2 of your package needs to be adapted. When manually calling uninstaller executables, be sure to add the parameter for silent uninstalls. Otherwise you might get a user interface on the target computer which is waiting for input. If you need help, could you post a screenshot or copy of the result command of your step 2 here.

Yes I added that, works perfectly now

I removed the autoupdate steps for V18 , but think it needs them somewhere.

Ok great. Regarding the KillProcess step (close Internet Explorer): Add 128 to the success codes of this step. This ensures that your deployment goes on even if the application to be closed wasn't currently running.

Ok I got it, I wasnt using the uninstall_flashplayer.exe, works fine now

just the install of Flash Player v18 gives

Result: Deployment ended: Incorrect function. Stop(Failure). Credential: (\Administrator). ShareCredential: (lanpackage). Command: IF EXIST %WINDIR%\System32\Macromed\Flash\ COPY mms.cfg %WINDIR%\System32\Macromed\Flash\ /Y

Step 1 : Close Internet Explorer

Result: Deployment ended: There are no child processes to wait for. Stop(Failure). Credential: \Administrator). ShareCredential: (lanpackage).
Command: taskkill /im iexplore.exe /f

Result: Deployment ended: No returncode was returned. Package did not pass step #2. Stop(Failure).
