I'm trying to install the google chrome plugin to do some basics actions but it's returning error and the tutorial that appears doesn't work.

Do anyone have any suggestions ?

Is it possible that you are using a 64-bit Chrome browser? Because we know there are problems with the 64-bit version of Chrome. We recommend using a 32-bit version of Chrome or another browser.
