We have been loyal customers since 2010. We had been paying $800/year with a government discount. The licensing models have since changed and now the company is asking us to pay per device. Even with a generous discount, that brings our yearly price to over $8,000. This is a 1000% increase!

For 9 years we have been paying for this product and helping it grow. Contributing in all areas including reporting bugs to help the software grow.

I find this sudden change in price upsetting. I have no choice but to look for alternative solutions. I only wish that we could have been grandfathered in for a much lower licensing price.

One Thousand Percent Increase. Let that set in for a moment.

We had a similar conversation on the general chat forum, and you are certainly not the only one.

My increase wasn't as bad as most, however the fact that volume licensing was thrown out the window resulted in it being relegated to a position where we are looking to see if our other tools can absorb what Lansweeper is doing before next year's renewal.
