helpdesk email responses to agents

The responses are going to the users but none of the agent response templates are working. Anyone have the same issue?

Please check the agent settings by right clicking the user picture on the top right of the screen.
Some of these options are enabled by default (don't e-mail ...), we will change this in the next beta.
