Has anyone come across the issue where you can't filter by custom fields in the helpdesk?  Whenever I try, it just sits on Processing... and doesn't ever show the results.

We are still in the process of developing a solution for the helpdesk filter issue (LAN-16413). As the investigation and development are ongoing, it is difficult to provide an exact timeline.

Once the bug fix is ready, we will communicate it through our changelog.
