First you should open the affected computer's asset page and hit
Rescan asset. By default we rescan the list of installed software only once every 24 hours. The
Rescan asset button initiates a full rescan of all details.
If the software still gets listed after the scan finished, it likely will also be listed under Control Panel, Programs and Features directly on the affected machine. The list in Lansweeper matches what you can see under "Programs and Features".
