Has anyone had success in congiruting the second of the url bellow - "How to retrieve O365 mailbox and ActiveSync data using Powershell Online scanning"

We have set up everything when linking 365 to lanseeper but hit a wall on Step 4: Assign and grant API permissions.
What is noted in the document above does not mirror our tenant. I reached out to Microsoft for support who are looking into this with Azure technical services, but they advised i reach out to the Lansweeper community to see if anyon has had sucsess configuring it and if so how.
