HP Printer scanning problems

Hi

For some reason Lansweeper doesn't scan all our printers correctly when it comes to cartrigdes. Some of the cartrigdes are seen as "unknown". We have tens of these M479 HP Printers and some report all cartridges correctly and some doesn't. When I go to and check directly from printer it lists everything correctly. Any ideas? This might also be a problem with printer itself.

The only way to know for sure is to check whether the OIDs check are actually giving back accurate information.

You can try running the devicetester to see if that gives similar data.
