We are not getting any snmp info back from our 2930f switches. When running the device tester it returns an ObjectID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.7.11.114 when scanning snmp but does nothing with it. Is this a lansweeper bug or possibly a firmware issue?

Hmm, best bet is probably to contact support and send them screenshots. They can also give you debug options for more verbose logging.

It returns the OID I put in my initial post. All of our other switches are polled correctly except the 2930's and the snmp is set up the same as the others.

What happens if you do a test with the devicetester? You can find it in C:\Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Actions\devicetester.exe
