Using v.8.2.130.4 on Server 2012 build 9200
There are entries in Configuration | Email Settings | Incoming mail | Ignore these senders (regular expressions): similar to <distribution list name>@<company name>.com. One is ooo@<company name>.com for Out of Office emails. Trouble is whenever one of those distribution lists is used everyone receives the intended email but they also receive and additional email from the lansweeper helpdesk account parroting the initial email, to everyone's great chagrin. That should not happen based on the "Ignore" entries.
We use corporate Google gmail. Google provides a default group that contains all user account emails that is updated on the fly for all on/offboarding. Working around that with another manually managed group is counter productive and time consuming.
Any help with getting this to work would be appreciated.
