We are testing out LanSweeper and wish to know the software installed on every computer we own.
If I go in the List of Installed Software, in the list it says that 15 computers have Google Chrome installed.
If I click on Google Chrome to see which computers, I only see 10 computers.
This happens almost systematically; see my screenshots below.
Any ideas how to resolve this problem?

I found out how to edit a custom report.
This software is powerful I must say!
I've opened the SQL query for report: "Software: List of software by computer" and adjusted the joins and where conditions.
So it seems that the tSysOS is missing newer builds of Windows 10?
If I remove that inner join I see everything.
Any idea what would be the best solution at this point?
Should I add the builds manually with INSERT INTO?

Very interesting.
Do you know how to view the query that's used for that report?

These discrepancies are usually caused by either asset state or if the OS of the asset has not been scanned. In reality, these views are just SQL reports which are displayed. So it's likely one of those conditions is causing it.
