We are a multidisciplinary team in charge of developing the user experience of the new IT Asset Data Platform (ITADP).
In our daily work, we face the challenge of defining what the Lansweeper experience should be on a new cloud scenario with different types of users and needs. Considering this, which features still make sense? Which ones should be adapted to fit? These are the kind of questions that we’re trying to solve.
To achieve this, it’s essential to count on you. We need to know what your needs, limitations, and expectations are with the aim of building a solution that makes your daily work easier.
How do we keep the user at the center of our activity? We use a range of tools to gather feedback, each one of them providing rich data that helps us to put ourselves in your shoes. In this short article, we tell you more about them.
