iOS & Android Apps for Helpdesk

Any plans to create iOS and Android apps for the new helpdesk feature?

They did add the Ticket API, so it has to be on their radar. Also, with the API, anyone who writes apps could make one I would think.

I wish I could make apps, I would take a crack at it.

This has been requested by several customers and is on our customer wish list, but we don't have a release date for this unfortunately.
