Hi,
I would like to understand why some Assets are not being considered part of a defined Asset Group.
For example, I got an Asset Group, which is called "Main Site Wireless".
But then the assets which are being scanned show on “IP Location” field “Undefined”, but they are on the IP range of the "Main Site Wireless" asset group.
What am I missing here?
Thanks

We have the same with many assets showing same problem. Many in undefined, with clearly available group to be sorted into. Assets have been rescanned as well.

Hi,
That is done already. My question in fact is if that is done, why are the assets on an undefined location.
Screenshots attached so you can understand the issue.
Below you can see some assets which some are identified on the Asset Group and some are not.

Below you can see the Asset Group which is configured.

Thanks

You will need to goto Asset groups under configuration. On the next page add a ip range location. See if that helps.
