Issue with scanning EATON 1500 RC UPS

We have two EATON UPS 1500 RC that is connected to the network.  Lansweeper will only recognize one, but not both.   It will overwrite the existing UPS with  other UPS info instead of creating it as a new asset.  MAC

Hi, I had the same issue and it's to do with a shared MAC address for the USB port, exclude your MAC with this script that you run against the LS DB using the tool...

INSERT INTO tsysMacBlacklist (Mac, Comment) VALUES ('48:6F:73:74:50:43', 'UPS USB Port')
GO
UPDATE tsysupdate SET MacBlacklist = GETDATE()
GO
