We have a problem with the new version of Karpesky,We have installed the version of edopoin security 10 But it is not recognized by lansweeper

my antivirus settings include:

Kaspersky Anti%
Kaspersky endpoint security%
Kaspersky security center%


what is the problem?

Please note that:
- A machine will only be deemed to have anti-virus software installed if a software package listed in the Software tab of the machine's Lansweeper webpage is part of the anti-virus software list. Software scanning recreates Add/Remove Programs on your machines. Only software listed here will be detected.
- The machine shown in your screenshot hasn't been successfully scanned since March 28th, as evidenced by the "last seen" date listed in the machine's Summary tab. You won't get accurate software information until the machine is successfully rescanned. Note that there is a scanning error listed in the Errors tab. You can refer to this guide for troubleshooting steps: http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/1/troubleshooting-guide.html

Please verify whether the software package is actually listed in Add/Remove Programs and the Software tab of the machine's Lansweeper webpage, as explained in our previous post.

sorry,I update the image, in this case we have not error scan, but we still have the same problem.
