For anyone experiencing warranty scanning issues: note that you can submit your proxy settings in the Configuration/Scanning Setup/Server Options section of the Lansweeper web console.

Hello,
I have updated to v. 5149 and still a Problem with the Warranty Info. We are using the following link for HP Assets:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/weResults?tmp_weCountry=us&tmp_weSerial={assettag}&tmp_weProduct={systemsku}&lc=en&cc=us
But it's not working and I didn't see an error. Where can I find a logile?
Bye,
Christian

Yes, in our tests all warranty information is working without a problem.
Make sure that your firewall isn't blocking any traffic.
If you are not sure, please send us an lspush file of the asset so we can try to reproduce your problem.
