Engaged Sweeper II
Dear Community,

it appears the knowledgebase caches the database entries on a per-user basis, i.e. when one user edits an article, the other user won't see that change until an iisreset.

is it somehow possible to fix this?

Cheers,
Thomas

We have tested this in our environment and were not able to reproduce the issue that you are facing. The cache is global, only in a situation where users have a different language set for themselves and that they use the 'Edit' button for the knowledge base article will they get back different articles. This is because an article can be in different languages so it will be modified for the language they are using by default. This will however not change if the IIS service is restarted.

We would recommend that you update your installation to version 6.0.0.45 as there have been certain changes made to the knowledge base section of Lansweeper. You can follow this article to update your installation.
