All the KB articles are gone after updating Lansweeper to version 6.0.100.75 The articles and attachments are still in the kbfiles folder on the lansweeper server, but they are not appearing anymore on the website.
Did it break your permissions or wipe it out completely?
Did you make a backup of your Lansweeper server before upgrading just in case? - If that's not standard procedure when upgrading any software, I highly recommend that you make it standard procedure... Especially if it's important...
