Hello, i was looking for a way to link ad user and their manager in the user section. is their a way to import this ad information directly in the user, or with a report that will write the data into the user section so we had all the information we need in lansweeper.

In our AD the information is here, but i would like to have it in the user data so i don'T have to run a report everytime i need to add the manager in a ticket for approbation. did you have any solution that could fit our need?

There is no way to easily import it. You could always do it with a database script.

The best way is to simply have it all set in your AD correctly and do an AD user scan. Lansweeper should also scan the manager. There is even a built-in report: https://www.lansweeper.com/report/active-directory-users-and-their-managers/
