Hello,
I'm using both on-prem and Lansweeper sites. I've been trying to get my assets rescanned after fixing vulnerabilities but I've been running into many problems.
The latest problem is that I'm getting "Access denied" errors when I try to scan most of my assets. To overcome this, we reset the password to lansweeper scan user (the user we use to scan our everyday computers) and updated it in credential manager in on-prem.
Can anyone advise? I'll provide any screenshots needed.
