Hi all,
Has anyone tried the new Mobile Device Scanning feature available with Lansweeper 7.1?
I have tried doing so following this guide: https://www.lansweeper.com/knowledgebase/intune-scanning-requirements/
and this guide: https://www.lansweeper.com/knowledgebase/how-to-scan-mobile-devices-through-microsoft-intune/
Even though everything that I've done in my environment is virtually the same as described by the aforementioned documentation, I am unable to scan anything because of the following error in Lansweeper: Could not connect to Intune API
The scanning server on which the credentials have been deployed is using a proxy server to access the internet.
Has anyone had this problem so far or does anyone have any idea on how I can get this sorted?
Thanks,
SK

I don't think Intune scanning with a proxy is supported. Give it a test without the proxy if possible.
