Hi all,

Recently just purchased Lansweeper for my company. Having an issue where Lansweeper advises me that 66 of my work stations have disabled their antivirus. I have checked our endpoint deployment server and the client PC's and can confirm they are working fine.. Why is lansweeper picking up false positives?

I am using forticlient for my endpoint solution.

Its important to go over the following KB article: https://www.lansweeper.com/knowledgebase/managing-anti-virus-software-reports/

It explains how AV data is retrieved. Since you're using Forticlient, there is a big change you'll need to add it as an AV software into Lansweeper first as mentioned at the end of the KB.
