Hey Community,
we want to use the Lansweeper Relay for the Agent communication. We can see in the client logs that the client connects to the Relay and sends the package successfully. However the Lansweeper Server is not able to pull the Information from the Relay Server. In the Relay Configuration of the Server everything seems ok. IT has a green checkmark and states "LSAgent access granted".
The Client are not appearing in the Inventory and the Server Error log shows the following:

The relay could not be contacted - Lansweeper Community
If issues remain, please contact Lansweeper Support, they should be able to help you further based on the logfiles from your scanning server.
