we want to use Lansweeper for our license management. Now we hit on a problem.
If a user has installed a software in two different versions like 32 and 64 bit then Lansweeper counts 2 installations. The license balance shows that there are 2 software in use although there is only one user. However, the number of licenses depents on the number of users and not on installations.
So if a user has installed a software in different versions on his computer, lansweeper should count one instead of two "in use" licenses.
Does anyone know how to configurate lansweeper that only the user are counted an not the installations?
