I have an issue with some Linux boxes on my network. How does Lansweeper determine they are Linux and then attempt an SSH? I verified I can SSH with the configured account. I see no error on the asset in Lansweeper showing me that it attempted and failed. I get nothing back when I scan though.

I recommend doing a test with devicetester.exe, which can be found in Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Actions on your Lansweeper server. Perform the test from your Lansweeper server to the problem machine, submit any relevant (SSH) credentials.
Additionally, double check you meet the Linux scanning requirements: https://www.lansweeper.com/kb/160/linux-and-unix-scanning-requirements.html
