Engaged Sweeper III
For some reason or another LSRemote has become slow and in some cases unresponsive. I have to exit out of the remote session and start it again. Forefront Client Security is set to exclude the C:\Program Files\Lansweeper Remote Control folder.

Please advise,

Can you disable Forefront client security (or uninstall ir) to see if this is the cause of the problem.

The only thing that has change is the anti-virus solution that we are using. Went from McAfee to Forefront Client Security. We have the same exclusions. We have had the the Forefront for a little over two month, but LSRemote has degraded only recently.

Running a standalone UltraVNC (using SmartCode's UltraVNC) session out side of Lansweeper's LSRemote does not exhibt these issues.

Was it working fast before?
What changed in the setup of the machine?
Firewall issues could be the cause of this.
