I am not an expert on MS Dynamics NAV 2009 R2. But, I'd encourage you to do some searching on command line scripts to uninstall it. Doing a little searching I came upon a string that says "setup.exe" /quiet /uninstall.
In order for this to run correctly, you would likely need to have the original file to run against each computer.
Since each software install/uninstall is unique, we would need to do some deeper research and testing in order to validate for you. I'd encourage you to do some digging and see what you can find.
I wish I could be more exact. Maybe someone else on this forum has successfully done this and can give clearer instructions.
