Here is what i did. In case this will help someone else.
I don't exactly know if every step is necessary.
I used informations from the forum, the support and these main knowledge base article

1) Backup and update old installation
2) Stop LS Service and IIS on the old machine
3) Perform advanced install on the new machine
3.1) Select SQL Server and deselect "New Lansweeper Database"
3.2) Choose existing SQL DB instance with existing credentials
3.3) Klick "no" then asked for "multiple scanning servers"
3.4) I used default web server and default install directory
4) Use LS Config Editor to set the passwords for sql and website again
5) Kopy encryption key to new machine
6) Restart LS Service and IIS on the new machine
7) Start LS Service and IIS on the old machine
😎 Compair server options on LS website (Configuration / Server Options)
9) Switch "Credential-free Device Recognition" and "Warranty tracking" to new server (Configuration / Server Options)
10) Switch "Cloud Relay Synchronization Server" to new server (Scanning / CCloud Relay Configuration
11) Switch "LsAgent Groups Configuration" to new server (Scanning / lsagent scanning / configuration)
12) Switch "Helpdesk Server" to new server (Configuration / Helpdesk Setting / general settings)
13) Change authentification to integrated authentification (Configuration / Website settings)
14) Update action path (Configuration / Asset Pages)
15) Add scanning targets analog to the old one
16) Check if everything is working
17) Uninstall lansweeper on the old server via normal uninstallation of programs
18) Delete the old server from "Scanning Targets". Select the tap and klick on the red delete symbol
