Migrating to new server

We have just had all new hardware and are implementing a new archetecture.

Lansweeper is currently being hosted on a Server 2008 VM and is being moved too a Server 2012 R2 VM, how do I go about moving Lansweeper while keeping all the edits etc I've currently made intact (incl. DB etc etc)
