Hello there!

We have just released Lansweeper version 11.1.4.3, which should resolve the issue with scanservers going offline unexpectedly. This new version has other exciting fixes, but I thought I would highlight the most important one.

You can update to the latest Lansweeper version by following the steps in this guide: https://www.lansweeper.com/knowledgebase/updating-your-installation/

Some planned fixes did not make it into 11.1.4.3, so a new version was released. We do apologize.

Hi Obi_1_Cinobi,

I'm disappointed with the version 11.1.4.x. I did update LS scanning servers to version 11.1.4.4 but it did not work at all. The version still showing 11.1.1.3 (see attached images)

It did not work. 
The Lansweeper server service is up and running but in LS dashboard it showing "scan server is down". 

Did you wait about 5-10 minutes?

I can confirm that Version 11.1.4.3 also fixes the Deployment issue of "Failure while connecting to Asset..."
Deployments now work again.
