Hello,

if I add an new TAB I can share it for all Users: "Shared Tab (Visible for all users)".
Can I share afterwards an existing TAB ?

If you click on any existing Tab, there is a little 'pencil' icon just to the right of the Tab Title. Click on the pencil and tick the 'Shared Tab (Visible for all users)' checkbox.
