When I create a new ticket, is there any way to add a field which does an Active Directory lookup? Like "add asset", I would like my helpdesk technicians to be able to search for users by Active Directory.

For example, new ticket > user > select user from AD lookup (eg domain\username).

Normally all AD users scanned by Lansweeper should already be in this list. If the users you require aren't there then you might want to make sure all users are scanned by adding the needed AD user paths to your scanning targets. The website will not perform AD lookups due to performance issues.
