Lookup of user mobile devices missing from intune

all my devices from intune are showing in lansweeper. But they are not associated with the user who has the mobile. 

Where did I go wrong or is it not possible. I have been trying to see in the community for answers but there is none.

In intune we are able to see all the devices a user have. Laptops and mobile devices like telephone. 

So any suggestion for more troubleshooting.

If the UPN of the account is found during the Intune scan and it matches with a Scanned AD account, the accounts should be linked correctly. But if there is a mismatch, the user will not be shown.

The UPN is the same but they are not match. I have been looking around ever since and it is a shame that we can not see what mobile devices our users got
