FYI for everyone: the information is likely stored incorrectly in SNMP itself, which is not something we can resolve. The customer could not confirm this however as he no longer had access to the device.

- The output of Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Actions\Devicetester.exe after running it from your Lansweeper server to the switch. Provide the same SNMP credential to the testing tool that Lansweeper is using as well.
