Hello,
I can send an email to my help desk email and it opens a ticket correctly in Lansweeper. However, when I try to reply (by adding a note) nothing get's sent back to the original email that opened the ticket. I configured my email settings correctly and even tested it using the Mailtester. I do notice that the outgoing server gets a "login error" occasionally. I've double checked my Google outgoing settings and even verified with the Mailtested (and I received the test email).
For Google Outgoing I'm using:
smtp.gmail.com
Port-587
Explicit TLS/SSL
Server Requires Authentication
Username- (hidden)
Password- (hidden)

Is the email in the sent folder of the gmail account the helpdesk uses?
