We are seeing an on-going issue where LS only indexes Windows Store apps - no desktop apps are listed. Where we notice the issue the most is when LS erroneously flagging machines as missing AV when in fact they have it. When we look in LS it shows no desktop apps installed. (BTW, we verify in the AV console that all machines are reporting)
What's really odd is the problem seems to come and go in waves. The number of machines not reporting AV will be near 1000 and then drop by hundreds per day.
I can't reconcile this to being an authentication issue because it corrects on its own to some extent.

We would recommend updating to the latest version, lansweeper 10.6.

Thanks for this. We ran the upgrade to the latest (10.6.2) about a week ago (and I see there was an issue related to this), but we are still seeing issues where no Desktop Software is being recorded.
