We have an asset that is a Hyper-V Replica server. This stores copies of virtual machines that are in production on other hosts. On the asset pages for the virtual machines, the replica server is list as the Hyper-V host, which causes confusion. Is there a way to prevent the scanning of just the hyper-v info for the replica server?

Lansweeper will connect your Hyper-V guests to the host which was last scanned. This can't currently be changed.
It might help to scan your replica server first and afterwards the production server. In this way, Lansweeper will show the product server as host of your guests.
