Not Scanned for more than 3 days.

Hi i am very new to lansweeper.
Couple of day back i installed the program and put login scrips for the users to scan the pc and servers.
So far the program identified some of the PC & servers and managed to scan the details.
But there are few servers and PC's showing not scanned. These systems or servers are there in the queue for more than 3-5 days.

Can any one help me to find out why these servers/PC are not scanned. Thanks in advance.

Could also be :

Workstation firewalled
Dns misconfiguration

yes, it's true, in each computers (that wasn't scanned) an error occurred: RPC Server is unavailable,

but RPC services is running on all computers 😕

When you click these computers you should see the errors (RPC/access denied)

I have the same problem, since installing lansweeper (about 1-2 weeks) was not scanned 33 computers:
