LsAgent not auto updating updating

Hi Community,

My LsAgent has not been providing updated information for the past few days. I noticed that my device is attempting to auto-update but seems to be encountering an issue. The LsAgent log contains the following error:

[5] INFO Checking version. Latest Version: 12.2.0.1. Current Version: 11.1.10.0
[5] INFO Update needed to version 12.2.0.1
[5] INFO Getting installer information
[5] ERROR RunLsAgentFlow: error occurred: InstallerNotFoundForVersion12.2.0.1

My device is unable to reach the local Lansweeper instance. Am I correct in assuming that it should still be possible to download the latest version from the relay server?

Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hello lansweepnewb, 
It seems that the latest LsAgent version was not on the relay enabled for autoupdate yet. 
We are working on this, to get this enabled in the coming days. 
Our apologies for the delay on this.
