Make sure your users are logging into computers during computer scans, as this is when Lansweeper adds logon events to the database. The best way to ensure that all logon events are captured is to deploy
our LsPush scanning agent in a logon script or group policy. Keep in mind as well that how long old logon events are kept in the database is determined by the "Delete logon information after XX days" setting under Configuration\Server Options.
