We are currently assessing solutions to integrate asset management data within Jira Service Management and would like to confirm the compatibility of Lansweeper with Jira Service Management Forms.
Specifically:
Is Lansweeper fully compatible with Forms in Jira Service Management?
Can fields or asset records from Lansweeper be made available as selectable fields inside a Form, similar to how “Assets Object” fields can be configured?
Is it possible to configure conditional display logic in Forms (showing or hiding sections or fields dynamically) based on the values retrieved from Lansweeper fields?
Are there any limitations, requirements, or recommended practices when integrating Lansweeper data into Forms?
Our objective is to:
Use Lansweeper-managed asset information directly within Jira Service Management Forms.
Enable conditional logic in the Forms based on the asset selected.
Ensure the solution is fully supported, reliable, and maintainable over time.
