Is there anyway to set LanSweeper to send a E-mail notice in case of any of the Server Assets had a Power Failure and is in a Powered Down State?

Real-time alerts for this are not possible. At best, you can create an event log alert that will send you an email regarding the power failure when the machine comes back online.
